Project Overview

Bakocapital is a fintech startup based in Poland, preparing for a product launch under tight deadlines.

The founder partnered with NodeSparks to quickly and accurately transform finalized Figma designs, created by the startup’s in-house designer, into a production-ready, scalable website. The project required rapid delivery, pixel-level precision, and a flexible technical foundation built to support future product updates.

The Challenge

Bakocapital required a pixel-accurate implementation of their approved designs, with no room for creative interpretation.

Off-the-shelf solutions and visual website builders were ruled out early due to technical limitations, including limited control over layout precision, lack of code modularity, and a higher risk of performance issues.

To ensure future scalability, NodeSparks structured the codebase to support new features without creating technical debt or introducing prohibitive development costs.

During the early technical review, we identified minor inconsistencies across mobile breakpoints in the Figma files and addressed them proactively to maintain the platform’s visual integrity across all devices.

Our Approach

We built the platform with a modular, scalable architecture, using React for the frontend and a lightweight Node.js backend to manage dynamic features such as the contact form.

Each frontend component was developed as an independent module, enabling future updates without full code rewrites.

We implemented a mobile-first development strategy to optimize performance and maintain consistent layouts across desktop, tablet, and smartphone screens. Breakpoint inconsistencies were addressed during the initial sprint to keep the final product aligned with the original design intent while ensuring a smooth user experience.

For deployment, we configured a clean, cloud-based CI/CD pipeline to enable fast rollouts and simplified updates. Comprehensive technical documentation accompanied the project, detailing build processes, environment setup, and coding standards to ensure full transparency and continuity for the client’s internal team.

The Solution

  • Pixel-accurate Figma-to-code execution using React and SCSS
  • Lightweight Node.js backend for secure form handling
  • Mobile-first responsive development
  • Optimized cloud deployment with CI/CD pipeline
  • Complete technical handoff with modular, scalable documentation

The Impact

Bakocapital launched on schedule, in fact, 2 days ahead of the critical product launch milestone, with a production-ready, scalable website that exactly matched their design vision.

Key technical performance highlights include:

  • Mobile-first responsive development
  • Optimized cloud deployment with CI/CD pipeline
  • Complete technical handoff with modular, scalable documentation
  • First Contentful Paint (FCP) of 0.9 seconds and Time to Interactive (TTI) of 1.4 seconds, ensuring a lightning-fast, engaging user experience.
  • CI/CD pipeline enabling code-to-production deployments in under 5 minutes, supporting rapid feature updates and iteration.
  • 98% cross-device compatibility verified across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
  • Post-launch bug rate: 0 critical issues and only 3 minor UI/UX adjustments required within the first 30 days.

Additionally, Bakocapital maintained full control over their technology stack:

  • 100% codebase ownership with no vendor lock-in risks.
  • Complete technical documentation (over 30 pages) covering environment setup, coding standards, and deployment procedures.

The Bakocapital platform was delivered with a modular, scalable technical foundation, enabling rapid feature expansion without creating technical debt or requiring costly rebuilds.

"We had tight deadlines and no room for delays. Dan’s team delivered clean code, matched the designs exactly, and kept us updated every week. They even flagged and fixed an issue we had missed at the tablet breakpoint. The build went live on time and without issues. We will work with them again."
