General Terms & Policies
These terms apply to all plans and define our policies on design changes, pricing, and delivery timelines
Minor Changes:
Small adjustments such as updates to text, icons, colors, buttons, or images that do not affect page structure or user flows
Major Changes:
Redesign of core components, major layout changes, changes to navigation or user flows, or any modification requiring substantial redevelopment of structure or architecture
Fixed Price Policy:
Additional pages, integrations, or custom features will be quoted separately with clear pre-approval. The project price will not exceed the agreed estimate unless scope changes
Payment Terms:
Payments are milestone-based, tied to defined deliverables. A 10% prepayment of the total project value is required upfront at contract signing. Remaining payments are due after milestone completion and approval
Delivery Schedule:
The timeline provided is an estimate based on standard scope and timely client collaboration. Actual duration may vary due to project complexity, client response times, design file quality, or added features. A detailed milestone plan and delivery schedule will be defined and agreed at project kickoff
